Simply check the SOJA CARE option at checkout, then choose the delivery method that suits you best: with or without signature. The cost will be automatically added to your order.
Can I add SOJA CARE protection after placing my order?
No. The protection must be added at the time of payment to be valid.
How long do I have to make my claim?
You have 30 days after the scheduled delivery date.
How do I apply for protection?
Simply email us at [email protected], specifying that your order was covered by SOJA CARE protection. Include a brief description of the situation and, if necessary, photos if a product is damaged.
Should I contact the carrier myself?
No—we take care of it. With SOJA CARE, our team handles all the paperwork with the carrier to make your life easier.
How long does it usually take to get a response from your team after sending a request?

Is this service available everywhere?
