Shipping Policy

We ship your order as quickly as possible, always!

SHIPPING COSTS

Canada

Shipping is free for all orders $95+ (before taxes and after discounts) anywhere in Canada. Orders below this minimum will be entitled to a preferential flat rate of $11.95 across the country.

United States

Shipping costs for orders delivered to the United States are calculated as follows:

1. Orders of $150 USD or less: flat fee of $25 USD
2. Orders over $150 USD: fee equivalent to 15% of the value of the package

Shipping costs are calculated before taxes and after discounts.

We always include all required customs documents to facilitate the processing of your order at the border. 

No returns or exchanges are accepted for orders delivered to the United States.

International

Shipping to eligible international destinations is at the customer's expense. shipping fees will vary depending on the destination region. please note that customs fees, if applicable, are also the responsibility of the customer.

*It is very important to double check the address entered when you place an order. We are not responsible for any costs incurred if there is an error or if you forget a detail (eg. unit number) in your address.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Quebec and Ontario

We have a standard, 4-7 business days processing time, plus a 3-7 business days shipping ETA depending on your location. There may be additional delays beyond our control on the carrier's end.

National (rest of Canada)

We have a standard, 4-7 business days processing time, plus a 5-7 business days shipping ETA depending on your location. There may be additional delays beyond our control on the carrier's end.

United States

We ship to the United States every two weeks. Processing times may therefore be longer before your order is shipped.

Once shipped, delivery follows FedEx or UPS standard delivery times (+/- 10 business days), depending on the destination.

Additional delays beyond our control may occur in exceptional cases, particularly in relation to the carrier or customs procedures.

International

We have a standard, 4-7 business days processing time, plus a 12 business days shipping ETA, depending on your location. There may be additional delays beyond our control on the carrier's end and at customs.
