CANDLES
BEFORE FIRST USE
Cotton wicks must be trimmed to 1/4 inch above the wax before each use
Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface — away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials
To light the candle, tilt it slightly and bring a lighter or match to the wick for a few seconds
DURING FIRST USE
Always let the entire surface melt (1 to 2 hours depending on size) to avoid tunneling and wick extinguishing
Do not burn the 2 oz size for more than 2 hours — the container may overheat
For larger formats, limit burn time to 4 hours (ideally 2–3 hours per cycle)
Recenter the wick after each use, while the wax is still melted, to prevent the glass from cracking
FOR SUBSEQUENT USES
Always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use — a wick that's too long or too short can extinguish the flame
Remove ash, match debris or any foreign object from the wax before lighting
Use a snuffer to extinguish the candle to avoid smoke and splashing
HELP, MY WICK KEEPS GOING OUT!
Here are a few solutions:
Wax tunneling: Melt the top layer with a hairdryer or match (careful with the heat), then absorb excess wax with a paper towel or even it out with a rounded knife
Ash build-up: Remove it before lighting or the flame will be weak
Poorly trimmed wick: Always trim the cotton wick to 1/4 inch before each use to avoid premature extinguishing
REUSING THE CONTAINERS
When about 1/4 inch of wax remains, your candle is finished
Place the jar in the freezer or pour boiling water over the cooled wax to remove it
Hand wash with mild soap and give your jar a second life — it’s yours to reinvent! Here are a few of our ideas (and feel free to share yours!)
REED DIFFUSERS
HOW TO USE IT
Remove the diffuser from its packaging, unscrew the cap, and insert the reeds one by one, spacing them out to absorb the fragrance oil
Let them soak for a few minutes, then flip them so the saturated ends release the scent
FLIPPING THE STICKS
It’s best to flip the reeds every 1 to 2 weeks, but feel free to adjust this frequency based on your preferred intensity
If the scent becomes weaker or less noticeable, it's time to flip the reeds
Diffusers work best in small to medium-sized rooms
REPLACING THE STICKS
High-quality reeds can last up to six months, but you may notice a drop in fragrance intensity after the first month
For best results, we recommend replacing the reeds every 2 to 3 months
EXTENDING THE LIFE OF YOUR DIFFUSER
Flip the reeds regularly for even diffusion and wipe them with a soft cloth to remove dust
Avoid direct sunlight and heat to reduce oil evaporation
For a more eco-friendly option, refill your diffuser instead of replacing it. Shop refills here.
CAR DIFFUSERS
UNPACKING THE PRODUCT
Remove the empty diffuser and fragrance oil bottle from the packaging
Unscrew the diffuser’s wooden cap
FILLING THE DIFFUSER
Use the dropper to fill the car diffuser with fragrance oil
Tightly screw the wooden cap back on
ATTACHING THE DIFFUSER
Tie the diffuser to your rearview mirror at the desired height using the cord
Inhale and enjoy!
TO DO
When the scent fades, gently tilt the diffuser to let the cap absorb the oil
Don’t tilt it for too long or turn it upside down — it could leak
TO AVOID
Don’t shake the diffuser once filled — a saturated cap can cause cracks, leaks, and damage to your car interior
Clean up any spills immediately
Prolonged sun exposure may alter the color of the oil — this is perfectly normal
FOR THE PLANET
Extend the life of your diffuser by refilling it with our 60 ml refill — enough for more than 8 uses!
