RETURN POLICY
if any of our products do not suit you, we accept returns and exchanges within 21 days from the date of purchase — both for online store orders and purchases in our physical stores or temporary pop-up.
returns will only be accepted if they meet the following conditions*:
- the product was purchased at full price (discounted products are non refundable);
- the product and its packaging are in like-new condition (unused and undamaged);
- the product is still available for sale (not discontinued).
all broken or damaged products cannot be refunded or exchanged
return requests from the United States require prior approval and are not guaranteed. our team is always available to assist you, so please don’t hesitate to contact us if needed.
once the return is received at our warehouse and inspected to our satisfaction by our team, we will refund the cost of the product as well as the taxes on the card used for payment.
delivery fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
due to customs regulations, we cannot accept international returns and exchanges.
we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the return conditions mentioned above

SOJA CARE PROTECTION
SOJA CARE Return Policy
If you added SOJA CARE protection to your order (visible on your invoice), you benefit from the following:
Protection during initial delivery:
- If your products are damaged, lost, or stolen during transit, we will handle the claim directly by either refunding or resending your order.
Free returns within 30 days:
Free return label for products that meet these conditions:
- Products must be in the exact condition as received (unopened box, unopened container, intact packaging)
- Your order was delivered to Canada and will be returned from Canada
- Personalized products (such as custom candles) are excluded
- You can return one or more items from your order
Refund: Products are refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving the return. SOJA CARE protection fees are non-refundable.
Note: SOJA CARE protection is valid for one shipment only. If your initial order is lost, stolen, or damaged and we reship it, the new shipment is no longer covered by SOJA CARE. To protect a reship or return, contact [email protected] to add the protection again and pay the associated fees.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (fixed fee of $11.95* + taxes) - a return label will then be provided to you, and it is your responsibility to drop off the package at a Canada Post depot near you, ensuring that the package is well packaged and protected until it reaches our warehouse.
*SOJA&CO reserves the right to refuse a return or to adjust the fixed return fee if a return is made from a remote region causing an increase in shipping rates.
There is no returns, refunds or exchanges possible on products purchased at a discount or during sales such as black friday/cyber monday/boxing day.
