If one of our products does not suit you, we accept exchanges within 21 days of purchase — both for orders in the online store and for purchases in our physical stores.

 

Returns will only be accepted if they meet the following conditions:

  • the product was purchased at full price (discounted products are non refundable);
  • the product and its packaging are in like-new condition (unused and undamaged);
  • the product is still available for sale (not discontinued).

Return requests from the United States require prior approval and are not guaranteed. our team is always available to assist you, so please don’t hesitate to contact us if needed.


For exchanges, the returned product will be exchanged for a product or set of products whose total purchase amount before taxes is at least equal to the pre-tax price of the returned product. For online purchases, if the product meets all of the above criteria, place your return request at returns.sojaco.ca or contact us by email at [email protected]Please note that return shipping fees and reshipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Shipping fees are never refundable.


There is no exchanges possible on products purchased at a discount or during sales such as black friday/cyber monday/boxing day.
